Angling and watery landscapes

This is the print that provided the cover illustration for John Andrew’s book ‘For all those left behind’ and it is a print that isn’t too easy to categorise, the nearest definition would be under ‘Angling’. The lake used as the inspiration for the cut is Frensham Pond, an angling venue that figures prominently in John’s angling life and in his family life. The cover was produced as a print that would conform to the format of the wrap around dust jacket, or paperback cover, and could still be framed as a piece of art. I really recommend the book to you too as a brilliant read.

For all those left behind. Linocut in six colours printed on 300gsm Fabriano Brilliant White HP. Image size 280mm x 440mm. £150.00
