A second proof of a cut that is at the almost finished stage. The print is for a friend and it is being produced to a very tight brief! The finished image had to have a dog walker, a church, an oak tree, swifts and a church in the composition. The print is based on a corner of a village in Suffolk village that drives the subject of the print. As a black and white line print it works beautifully, well I’m happy with it, and it sits happily with its mate, ‘The Green Man’ print but I will be going to convert this print to a colour version once I’m totally happy with the monochrome version. Meanwhile a little more cutting and tidying and stage one will be totally complete.
Absolutely marvelous John. A Jack Russell per chance?

No sadly, no trademark terrier. It had to be a Springer Spaniel!Sent from my iPhone

What’s not to love? It has all my favorite things – birds, trees, dogs…..all undergirded with spirituality! 🙂
